The AZ1001A model is a 10HP fully automatic double chamber pulverizer developed for medium-scale commercial grinding requirements. It features a dual hopper and twin beater configuration, ensuring efficient processing of grains, lentils, spices, and various food materials. With an impressive output capacity of 70 to 120 kg per hour, it meets the needs of continuous production environments.

Operating on a three-phase 415V system, the machine uses 16A current and delivers power at 2880 RPM, making it both reliable and powerful. It consumes around 9.00KWH, balancing energy use with performance.

The structure is made from MS body with powder coating, built to withstand wear and corrosion. The front chamber measures 14” in diameter and 8.5” in depth, maintaining an even and efficient grind. Overall, the unit’s size (L-64", W-22", H-51") allows for easy integration in commercial kitchens, flour mills, or spice manufacturing setups.
